Register to take classes for Role of Men (ROM) Workshop
Role Of Men is open to men of all races who are fathers, expectant fathers, or men contemplating fatherhood. ROM provides 6-week workshops, on a father’s role in parenting. The workshops recur throughout the year. These workshops provide men with resources and encourage increased participation in parenting.

The class curriculum is based on 24/7 Dad program, developed by “The National Fatherhood Initiative” with a focus on being positive role models.
Participants will receive one-on-one meetings, workshops (virtual or in-person), as well as assistance in accessing resources.
Curriculum topics include:
- Character of a man
- Discipline
- Co-parenting
- Children’s growth
- Improving communication
- Handling and showing feelings
- Healthy relationships
- Fatherhood self-assessment
- Family history
- Developing a support system
