How Better Pharmacy works

  • All medications require a valid prescription from a doctor.
  • Call our pharmacy during business hours to see if we have what you need.
  • These are the medications we commonly stock at our pharmacy, but our inventory changes constantly. This is because our pharmacy is supplied with medications donated by other healthcare organizations. Due to the random nature of donations, the availability of specific medications cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for the inconvenience and will transfer any prescription you may have on file to the pharmacy of your choice.
  • Upon visiting our pharmacy, you will be asked to complete a form that you cannot afford the medication.
  • We can have your prescription transferred to another pharmacy when we do not have your medication in stock or you still have refills on your prescription. Depending on your prescription coverage, you may be charged at the other pharmacy.
  • You can request us to mail your prescription within Santa Clara County; certain restrictions do apply.
