The County of Santa Clara Getting to Zero is a multi-sector collaborative initiative that strives for zero new HIV infections, zero HIV-related deaths, and zero HIV-related stigma and discrimination in The County of Santa Clara.
Getting to Zero collaborates with community partners to guide county-wide service coordination, implement local guidance and continued program growth.

The Getting to Zero Program is offering STI and HIV Prevention and Education Services. Please submit a request below by completing the request form.

The Getting to Zero Community Committee meets once every quarter and discusses topics related to PrEP/PEP access, provider education needs, community outreach and overall helps shape the Getting to Zero program activities and services.

Mission
We will meet the goals of zero HIV-related stigma, zero new HIV infections, and zero HIV-related deaths while eliminating health disparities in the County of Santa Clara through collaborative and equitable interventions.
