The County of Santa Clara Getting to Zero is a multi-sector collaborative initiative that strives for zero new HIV infections, zero HIV-related deaths, and zero HIV-related stigma and discrimination in The County of Santa Clara.
Getting to Zero collaborates with community partners to guide county-wide service coordination, implement local guidance and continued program growth.
The Getting to Zero Community Committee meets once every quarter and discusses topics related to PrEP/PEP access, the HIV and Aging program, and also helps shape the Getting to Zero program activities and services.
If you are interested in joining our committee or would like more information, please email us at [email protected].
We will meet the goals of zero HIV-related stigma, zero new HIV infections, and zero HIV-related deaths while eliminating health disparities in the County of Santa Clara through collaborative and equitable interventions.
